How much is shipping, and when is it free?
We deliver nationwide using PUDO. Locker-to-locker delivery is a flat R80, while locker-to-door delivery is R110. Enjoy free locker-to-locker delivery on orders over R850, or upgrade to door delivery for only R30. Most orders are carefully packed to fit an XS or Small PUDO locker, depending on the size of the order.
How do I pay for my squishies?
Add your squishies to your bag and tap Checkout to send your order to us on WhatsApp. We will confirm your products, delivery option and total before sending you a clear digital invoice and secure payment instructions. Payment can be made by Instant EFT or through a secure card-payment link. We will never ask you to send your card number or PIN over WhatsApp. Website card checkout is coming soon!
Can I return a squishy?
Yes. Please contact us within seven days of receiving your order if something is not right. We strongly recommend recording a quick video while opening your sealed parcel and keeping the original packaging. This helps us resolve damaged, missing or incorrect items as quickly and fairly as possible. If you do not have an unboxing video, please still contact us so we can assist you.
Do you ship outside South Africa?
We are a proudly South African shop and currently ship within South Africa.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been sent, we will provide your PUDO tracking details so you can follow its journey yourself. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number whenever you need help tracking your squishies.

Squishies are soft, slow-rising toys you can squeeze to relieve stress, keep restless hands busy or simply enjoy. They also make adorable desk companions, collectible treasures and thoughtful little gifts.
